RTI International is seeking candidates for the following positions to support an anticipated USAID-funded project in Kenya.

Finance and Operations Director

This position will support the COP in overall management and operations of the project.

  • Applicants must have at least 12 years of experience working in finance and operations with 3-5 years experience managing finance and operations activities for large USAID-funded projects.
  • Must have strong management experience including budget and work plan development and oversight, client relationship management, and human resource management.
  • Minimum of Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related..
Senior Health Policy Advisor

Applicants must have at least 10 years experience working with national level institutions in support of strategic planning, policy development and systems strengthening for HIV/AIDS, FP/RH or MCH.

Applicants should also have experience ensuring policies are understood and carried out at sub-national levels.

Minimum of Masters Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Policy, Health Systems, or related.

Senior Strategic Information Advisor
  • Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience working in monitoring and evaluation, operations research, knowledge management or information systems.
  • Must have experience setting up and overseeing project M&E systems.
  • Strong knowledge of USAID and PEPFAR performance indicators required.
  • Experience working with health finance information systems preferred.
  • Minimum of Masters Degree in Public Health, Research, Communications or related.
Health Governance / Health Systems Strengthening Specialist
  • Applicants must have 5-10 years of experience working in health governance and systems strengthening at national, provincial, district and health facility levels.
  • Must have experience in performance-based payments, leadership and management capacity building, transparency and accountability, and civic engagement.
  • Minimum of Masters Degree in Business, Public Health, Economics, or related.
Organizational Development / Training and Capacity Building Specialist
  • Applicants must have 5-10 years of experience working in organizational development and leadership and management capacity building.
  • Must have experience developing training curriculum and materials and leading training and capacity building activities in HIV/AIDS, RH/FP, governance, leadership, management, and advocacy.
  • Minimum of Masters Degree in Education, Public Health or related.
  • Experience working with USAID projects including PEPFAR preferred for all positions.
