MSF France, Somalia mission is looking for a Nurse Supervisor
The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi office with frequent visits to the field.
He/she will be responsible for day to day following of the medical activities in Jamaame hospital and liaise with the co-ordination team in Nairobi to offer support as required.

He/she will be responsible for day to day following of the medical activities in Jamaame hospital and liaise with the co-ordination team in Nairobi to offer support as required.
Requirements:
- Nursing qualifications, previous MSF or NGO experience.
- Must be registered with Nursing Board
- Excellent knowledge on Public Health and Nutrition programmes
- Kenyan Somali or Somali nationality.
- Previous working experience inside Somalia with similar set up
- Interest in training, whilst not mandatory would be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Interest in and commitment to MSF’s activities, ability to present MSF values, principles and activities to others
- Good command of English and Somali, both written and spoken.
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong management, networking and interpersonal skills
- Proven oral and written skills
- Strong multi cultural awareness
- Problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
