Job description

This role will require an individual to perform a facilitator role in the company's Professional Education programs. Facilitation experience is necessary so that proper certification for classes in the area of New Employee, Education, Career Development and New Employee Development courses may be acquired. The training and certification may also include some Leadership Development classes.

This role applies experience and knowledge of instructional delivery and facilitation principles to increase the knowledge and skills of clients. This is normally achieved by instructional delivery utilizing a variety of methods, media and technologies.

They are responsible for a thorough understanding of the subject matter, attainment of instructional objectives, motivation of students and application of instruction skills in a classroom and/or virtual environment.

It requires both subject matter expertise and process expertise (where "process" could be face-to-face presentation skills, e-facilitation skills, use of classroom or on-line tools and technology, adult learning concepts, etc.)

Program Management is also required to ensure client training needs in Africa are properly addressed. This would require close interaction with the country leaders, understanding their needs and converting these into learning solutions. 

Required 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in New Employee and Professional Facilitation
  • At least 1 year experience in Program Management
  • English: Fluent
Preferred 
  • At least 2 years experience in New Employee and Professional Facilitation
  • At least 2 years experience in Program Management
