JOB TITLE: General Manager
PROFILE:

· Minimum 5 Years in a managerial position

JOB TITLE: SALES/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Background training in construction eg building economics, architectural or civil engineering, building construction management, business management,
- Minimum Degree in the above
- Must be computer literate
- In depth Knowledge in office management and administration
- Financial accounting knowledge
- Must be dynamic and able to handle wide range of clients and products
- Must have good customer relations techniques
- Not less than 32 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
JOB TITLE: Field Technical Sales and Marketing personnel
- Have technical background in construction
- Must be a quick learner
- Prefer one who has done sales within the building industry
- Must have a valid Driving Licence
- Must be Dynamic, Self Driven and aggressive
- Reports to the Sales manager
- Not less that 30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
JOB TITLE: Stores Clerk
- Must have Diploma in Purchase, Stores and warehouse management
- Must be honest and of high integrity
- Computer literate
- Reports to the Warehouse manager
- Mature- not less than 30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
JOB TITLE: Civil engineer
- Has a degree in civil engineering or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering with a bias to steel structures- Must be a quick learner, and computer literate
- Must have a valid Driving Licence
- Mature- not less than 30 years old
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD compulsory
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
JOB TITLE: Accountant
- Professional accounting knowledge; CPA (K) Degree in accounting will be an advantage
- Strong Capacity in computers especially SAGE PASTEL accounting software
- High degree of integrity and honesty
- Self driven and highly motivated
- Basic Office Administration knowledge
- Reports to the managing director
- Location: Nairobi
- Not less than 30 years old
JOB TITLE: Machine Operators
· Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering· Minimum 3 years experience in a workshop dealing with steel fabrication
· Quick learner who require minimum supervision

JOB TITLE: Clerk of Works (Technical Field Supervisor)
- Will be in charge of supervising work at building construction sites
- Must have a technical background in building construction, project management and/or quantity surveying
- Must be a quick learner
- Must have a valid Driving Licence
- Min 30 years old
- Min 3 years experience in busy construction environment
