Human Resources Manager Job in Meru Kenya

We are a medium sized firm in the communication sector.

We seek to hire a high calibre, dynamic and result oriented individual, reporting to the Chief executive Officer, to head the human resources function.

Job profile
  • Advising management on appropriate human resources management strategies, policies and procedures;
  • Participation in hiring, development and performance management of staff;
  • Implementation of staff health and safety programmes;

  • Dutiful compliance with statutory requirements;
  • Staff counselling services;
  • Coordinating employee relations;
Person Profile
  • Bachelors Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and above;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • At least 4 years relevant and hands on experience;
  • An MBA Human Resources Management will be added advantage
