Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor – HORECA
Reports to: Kenya Sales Manager
Main Purpose of the Job
·         Ensure full penetration for the portfolio of all customers
·         Grow the base of customers in the area of operation in the OOH Channel
Main Responsibilities
·         Focus on HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe) channel to achieve your activation and distribution objectives
·         Achieve primary and secondary sales targets as agreed upon with Sales Manager

·         Create and Manage excellent relationships with top management in the channesl that they serve
·         Prepare & update a call cycle schedule (to visit every customer once per month minimum)
·         Divide the area of operation into channel bases (Hotesl, Restaurants and Caterers…)
·         Achieve monthly target & line sales objectives agreed upon with Sales Manager
·         Prepare Customers’ orders and collections
·         Coordinate with Sales Manager concerning promotions & marketing activities to be done for key accounts
·         Continuous review for customers’ achievements to ensure a sustainable growth and take necessary action whenever facing shortage in their turnover (Consumer promotion, trade deals, activity…)
·         Submit accurate and factual daily reports, reporting all competitive activities
