We seek qualified candidates for the following positions to be based in Nairobi:

Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Director will provide overall management, operations, coordination and leadership support for an anticipated USAID-supported national service delivery project in Kenya. S/he will serve as the main contact for the donor and partners.

The purpose of this project is to support the GOK in ensuring effective coordination and synergy between national, regional and country HIV service delivery programs.

Position Requirements:
  • BS/BA and 9-11 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience;
  • or MS/MA in public health or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience;
  • or PhD/MD or equivalent degree and 5-7 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Overseas field experience required.
  • Previous programming experience with national service delivery projects an asset.
  • Knowledge of USAID, PEPFAR and local government a plus.
  • *Offer contingent upon awarded proposal.
