Company profile: Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of edible oils, fat and laundry bar soap in the region. Their products command a large share of not only the Kenyan but the COMESA market as well.
Primary Responsibilities –
· Staffing
· Recruitment
· Training
· Communication
· Employee Relations and welfare
· Performance Management
· Any other administrative task.
· Policy’s & Manual preparation
Qualifications
· A degree / Masters in HR.
· Minimum 3 years experience in factory set-up
· Training oriented
· Soft skills in HRIS applications.
· Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
· Good problem solving skills
· Good analytical skills
· Interpersonal skills.
