Dunhill Consulting Limited is a leading Real Estate Company in Nairobi, looking to fill the post of aCredit Controller.
The Credit Controller within the Finance Division will be responsible for managing the credit relationship between the organization and its debtor’s portfolio.
The Credit Controller within the Finance Division will be responsible for managing the credit relationship between the organization and its debtor’s portfolio.
- Managing day to day collection processes of the debtors to ensure collection targets are met;
- Ensuring all reconciliations of the ledgers are done and participate in periodic reporting;
- Ensure customers’ issues are resolved through effective communication and visitation to improve the customer satisfaction index;
- Recommend action on overdue accounts and prepare accounts to he handed to debt collection agencies and / or lawyers;
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional accounting certification e.g. CPA (K), ACA or ACCA;
- Professional qualifications in credit management preferably a Diploma in Credit Management will be an added advantage;
- At least 4 years work experience in Credit and/or Risk Management in a busy commercial environment;
- Excellent knowledge and hands on working experience in operating Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books accounting software;
- Ability to demonstrate sound experience, technical competence and liaison skills;
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
