Reporting to the Executive Director, the position is responsible for providing a service to clients through an intimate understanding of the client’s business through utilization of the agency’s resources, with a commitment to providing an excellent product, resulting in client satisfaction and agency profitability.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Make professional presentations to clients on exciting and new projects.
- Maintain contact between client and advertising agency.
- Translate client’s marketing strategies into communication strategies which include establishment of advertising objectives.
Business Viability:
- Maximize sales & profitability through writing creative briefs that ensure that best advertising campaigns are created.
- Engage in pro-active and reactive environmental scanning to stay abreast advertising/promotional industry.
Business & Customer Relationship:
- Strategize and search/scouting for new markets in both the corporate and individuals categories.
- Manage client portfolios as well as maintaining client/supplier relations.
Research and Development:
- Study client’s brand and long-term strategy in detail.
- Know competitor brands and marketing activities they engage in.
- Continually feed client with new youth trends and how their brands can be benefited.
Client Sense and Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain and ensure the company’s interest and those of the customers are met.
- Participate in ongoing monitoring and nurturing of client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing
Requisite Competencies
- Excellent in planning and organizing
- Superior written and oral communication skills, very articulate.
- Result driven and oriented
- Be able to work with minimum supervision
- Extremely confident, dynamic and energetic
Remuneration
- Monthly salary of 40-50,000/=
