· Have over 5 years experience running a modern workshop specializing in heavy commercial vehicles.
· Be computer literate
· Be Hands on
· Be extremely conversant with modern vehicle electronic systems
· have impeccable management skills to run a big workshop
· Be able to impart skills on workshop technicians
· Be a team player
