Description of requirement: The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Khartoum seeks Expression of Interest from qualified National/International companies for provision of temporary manpower services in connection with operating a WFP owned truck fleet and vehicle repair workshops in Sudan.
Scope:
Recruit qualified personnel nationally and internationally as requested in compliance with the Government labour
law, and provide them on time as temporary manpower to WFP Fleet operations, with the manpower to be assigned
to WFP fleet operating locations at El Fasher, Nyala, Geneina, Juba and Khartoum as well as others as determined
for an initial 1 year period. The current staffing level is 265 outsourced personnel that includes drivers, transport
and workshop staff.
Required Documentation to Submit with EOI
Companies interested in participating in the planed solicitation process should forward their EOI to UNWFP by
e-mail or hand delivery as indicated below providing the following information / documents:
·         Company’s profile (background), including contact details (e-mail, website, address / physical location, telephone, fax numbers,).
·         Information regarding the company’s financial status (independently audited and certified financial statements covering the last three years, including a summary balance sheet, and a profit-and-loss statement).
·         Copies of the company’s business registration certificate and required licenses to operate in Sudan, or express intention to obtain relevant certificate/licenses in near future as this will be required for the signature of the contract.
·         Information on company’s experience in this type of activity. WFP require copies of reference letters from companies/organisation your company provided and/or is providing similar service. WFP also require copies of any documents that prove that your company has capacity, relation to achieve recruitment of qualified staff internationally.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. WFP reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
WFP also reserves the right to drop companies submitting EOI from further consideration if the company is not deemed to conform to the above conditions. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation if-and-when issued.
