Job Description: Marketing Manager
Principal Responsibilities:

- Develop brand communications programs that position the company accurately
- Develop and implement appropriate tactical campaigns and enhance revenue generation activities
- Develop and implement schemes aimed at increasing current customer loyalty
- Manage the outsourced marketing services to ensure they deliver exceptional service
- Effectively manage the image of the company
- Handle all aspect of market entry, penetration and growth strategies for the various produces
- Coordinate and generate persuasive communication content for dissemination to staff, customers and the public
- Product development
- Researching market trends in order to identify the market potential for the products to offer in the region
- Outlining and recommending marketing strategies for the specific products within the region agreed
- Organizing product seminars, and corporate seminars so as to make the business community aware of the company products services
- Ensuring that the business has the strategic information to monitor the business as well as facilitate quality decision-making; to enhance operational efficiencies, which then impact on profitability and increases the shareholders value
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
Qualifications:
- Business Degree (B com/ Marketing preferred)
- 5 years experience in active marketing environment involving developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Planning and organization skills; experience in strategic planning will be an added advantage
- Event Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
