- Verification of Information relating to recruitment, Appointment, Transfers
- Maintaining staff database and complement control.
- Supervising and guiding other staff in the section.
- Implement Staff Training, Development, welfare and Safety and Health policies.
- Review of Human Resource and Administration procedures and guidelines.
- Administration of Board’s assets and other related administrative duties.
Requirements for Appointment
- A Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences/Business//Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- A Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management;
- At least three (3) years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization;
- Demonstrated high degree of professional competence and Administrative ability in handling HR and Administrative functions;
- Be fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be a Team player
