Project officer job in Kenya

Job Purpose
Our client is a registered Education Charity delivering education services to a diverse range of
clients worldwide. This Not-for-Profit Organization wishes to recruit a professional to provide
technical and logistical support to the Chief of Party/Project Director in achieving all the
objectives of the project.

Responsibilities
The Project Officer will be responsible for recruiting and training workshop secretaries.
Ensure smooth logistical support in planning field activities.
Provide support in the development of training and workshop materials.
Be the point of contact with project partners and handle all communication with relevant
organizations across the country.

Manage workshop logs and registers, write workshop and field activity reports.
Compile the necessary materials during training materials reviews and liaising with trainers and
partners including the Ministry of Education (MOE).

Requirements
Degree in Education or related Social Science
Seven years’ relevant work experience
Knowledge of Education policies, provision and practice.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
