Monitoring & Evaluation Manager job in Tanzania

Some of the key duties and responsibilities

1. Monitor and execution of modern rural energy projects and ensure that execution is in accordance with the agreed technical design specifications, meets environmental criteria and is within the allocated budget limits

2. Undertake impact evaluation to determine that the projects are producing the intended impacts on the target population by providing access to electricity for productive purposes and generating inerest in people for mobilizing resource to undertake similar projects

3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the project implementation process

Key Qualifications and requirements

1. MA or MSc. In Project Planning or Development Planning

2. A minimum of ten years experience in senior position in a reputable organization

3. Computer literacy is mandatory
