We are a leading FMCG Company dealing with key brands in the beverage industry seeking to recruit four driven & dynamic Area Managers for Nairobi, Western, Central and Coast Provinces and one Fleet Manager based in Nairobi.

To take ownership for maximizing business volume through successful planning, customer care and operational management whilst leveraging on capital and people resources to ensure sustainable growth

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • 5 years sales and distribution experience (including field based exposure).

  • Leadership qualities and skills.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
Working Conditions
  • Working conditions are normal for a conducive office environment.
  • Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.

To manage the company’s fleet in order to maximize the fleet availability in a cost effective manner

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Appropriate qualification , diploma or degree with 5 years experience in Fleet Maintenance/Management
  • Knowledge of vehicles and spares/parts supply chain
  • Stock control & logistics
  • Planning techniques to ensure availability of vehicles
  • Hands on experience with fleet tracking system
  • Sound negotiating skills
  • Analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Commercial competence
  • Ability to persuade and influence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
