ICN Solutions (a company dealing primarily with IT Solutions and based in Nairobi) is seeking to tap the BEST TALENT to fill the following position:
IT Solutions: Sales Representatives

The title holder will be required to achieve maximum revenue volumes with realistic projections to ensure revenue growth and retention of clients.
This role would be ideal for existing sales executives wishing to further develop their commercial and people development skills.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
·         Meet and supersede set targets
·         Develop and manage field sales functions
·         To effectively network and source for new business
·         Conducting customer needs assessment and translating the client’s needs to revenue opportunity
·         Submit weekly prospect and sales  reports
·         Conduct product demos
·         Create solution proposals, conduct presentations and RFP responses.
·         Maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
·         Liaise regularly with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skill set
·         Customer relationship management skills -a must.
·         Sound negotiations skills
·         Professional writing skills
·         Strong communication skills and commercial sense
·         Planning, organization and interpersonal skills;
·         Proactive, confident, energetic and with an ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
·         Team player with pleasant outgoing personality and able to develop effective relationships.
·         Innovative ,Proactive, self motivated and a Self Starter
·         Must have the ability to multi task
·         A demonstrable track record of success in sales management.
·         Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking and lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close deals.
·         Report writing skills
Preferred qualifications
·         Degree in a Business Related Field – desirable but not mandatory
·         Exposure in selling IT solutions and services (At least 1-2 years)
Remuneration
·         Take home income: 25% of Net profits.
