The Opportunities
1. Sales and Marketing Manager
As a key senior member of the management team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic
and tactical sales and marketing plans while overseeing all necessary activities to achieve sales targets.
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients while developing existing relationships to ensure maximum sales are achieved.
Skills:

·         A professional manner and calm, rational approach in hectic situations
Experience/Education
·         A bachelor’s degree in any field (marketing background will be an advantage)

2. Financial Controller
As a key senior member of the management team, you will be responsible for the leading and directing the functions of
the Finance Department. You will primarily be responsible for the maintainance of accurate books of accounts, financial reporting, preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring of performance and ensuring compliance with the various regulatory and statutory requirements.
You will also be responsible for mentoring the finance team to ensure a good working environment and build capacity to support the business.

Experience/Education
·         A degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA(K) or equivalent

3. Executive Housekeeper
As a key member of the Rooms Division, you will manage the day to day operations of your unit to ensure all rooms and public areas are serviced and cleaned daily to world class standards. You will also be responsible for the laundry and have sufficient knowledge of the same.
Skills:
·         Demonstrable ability to manage housekeeping duties to high standards
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Flexibility and a “can – do” attitude
·         A firm understanding of the importance of hygiene, health and safety in a resort environment is critical
Experience/Education
·         Experience in a 4 or 5 star establishment is a prerequisite

4. Sales Executive
As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients while managing a
database of existing clients. You will also be responsible for promoting the image of the company to ensure we attract and retain clients.

5. Laundry Supervisor
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Laundry
department. You will be well versed in laundry equipment operation and maintenance and have good knowledge and
experience in caring for different fabrics and stain removal procedures.
You will be responsible for all the Laundry attendants and will manage your team to support delivery of a great customer experience.

As a member of the F&B department, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Bar. You will ensure your bar is well stocked and all drinks are served as per the agreed guidelines.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent service at the Bar and ensuring guest requests are attended to promptly and accurately. You will also be responsible for daily stock and cash control of the Bar.
Skills:
·         A good understanding of beverage products and how they are served
·         Demonstrable ability to mix classic as well as new cocktails
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience/Education
·         Specific training in F&B
·         At least 3 years experience in a busy bar environment
7. Front Office Receptionist
As a member of the Front Office Department, you will be responsible for ensuring both the arrival and departure guest

8. Accountant
As a member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for the day to day accurate book-keeping and
financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring controls are adhered to and discrepancies are investigated and reported promptly. You will be responsible for ensuring report deadlines are adhered to while maintaining data integrity.
Skills:
·         A deep understanding of accounting principles and procedures
·         Demonstrable ability to comprehend financial documents
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to work under pressure
Experience/Education
·         A degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA(K) or equivalent
·         At least 1 year continuous practical experience
·         Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
9. IT Manager
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and security across the Group and facilitating data back-up and recovery. You will be an efficient individual who willing to put in extra hours when the business demands.
Skills:
·         A firm understanding of I.T. especially hardware, networks and data security
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         A genuine desire to keep up with the latest technology

Experience/Education
·         A bachelors degree in I.T and a post graduate education in a specific I.T field preferably networking and data security
·         At least 2 years in a similar position

10. Storekeeper
As a member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your assigned stores. In this
capacity, you will ensure tight controls are in place and adhered to. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing requisitions, issuing and monitoring stock and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in all stores.
Skills:
·         A good understanding of food, beverage and hotel stock items
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         A keen eye
Experience/Education
·         Specific training in stores management
·         At least 2 years in a similar position

11. F&B Supervisor
As a key member of the F&B Department you will support the F&B Manager to ensure smooth running of the F&B
department. In addition to handling daily briefing of staff and training in your unit, you be responsible for handling customer complaints and maintaining the highest levels of service in your unit. You will also be responsible to ensuring appropriate staffing levels in all bars and restaurants.
Skills:
·         Sound knowledge of food and beverage products

·         Numeracy and logistical planning skills
Experience/Education
·         Advanced training in F&B service (a degree will be an added advantage)
