Our client, a major producer and exporter of raw, processed and value added agricultural produce is looking to fill a number of positions in the organisation.
Farm Manger
3 Positions
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that the farms are operating at full capacity at all times.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working experience on a coffee farm, with at least 2 years in managerial position; demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision and be innovative, enthusiastic and energetic.
He/she will have a Degree in Agriculture, be Computer literate and be able to ride a motor cycle.
Remuneration: The package offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and the ideal candidate should be aged between 35 and 45 years.
Agricultural Engineer
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure farm machineries are in good working conditions and give advice on new technologies that would make work at the clients various farms cost effective.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a degree in Engineering, or any other field complimented with a Diploma in Engineering, and will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with farm equipment e.g. irrigation systems, tractors, etc.
Remuneration: The package offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and the ideal candidate should be aged between 30 and 40 years.
Assistant Farm Manager
3 Positions
The main responsibility of this role is to assist in the day to day running of the clients various farms. The successful candidate will be a university graduate with a degree in Agriculture or any other degree with a complimenting Diploma in Agriculture, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a tree crop farm with at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor.

candidate should be aged between 30 and 40 years.
