Due to our continued growth and our vision to become a leading regional University by the year 2013, we are
seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of 
HEAD OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position-holder will act as the educational leader of the college. Among other duties, he/she will be re-
responsible for:
•Ensuring quality assessment of our programmes and their training processes;
•Ensuring our assurance mechanisms are working effectively;
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•A minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant field; preferably with qualifications in the education
field from a recognized university;
•A minimum of 1 years experience in academics;
•Capacity to promote learning, teaching, research and development, in a university/middle level
college setting;
•Understanding of the national and international trends and policies in Education.
•Ability to raise standards, manage and embed organizational change;
•Ability to see complex tasks through to a successful conclusion within set deadlines;
•High integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills;
•Dynamic; has drive; energy and enthusiasm;
