Required skills:
• Technical:
1. Good experience in Microsoft NAV or any ERP application is Mandatory
2. Experience in domain of Finance and HR systems is a mandatory
3. Customer interfacing exposure is mandatory
4. Prior exposure to Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis and fitment, Business Process Mappings is required.
5. Manage the project plan – financial, resources and tasks
6. Oversee all aspects of the implementation, including change management, to ensure successful utilization of the product and knowledge transfer.
7. Hands-on Project Leadership of 8+ ERP functional implementations with proven success
8. Responsible for managing the implementation, development and/or installation of functional/technical systems.
