An up market Pub, Restaurant and Lounge is looking for: Manager
The Role
· Assist the business to grow and meet specific strategic objectives as set out.
Key responsibilities:
· Recruiting, training and motivating your staff
· Doing regular stock-takes, ordering as necessary and Handling deliveries
· Overseeing / liaising with the kitchen
· Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
· Enforcing health and safety rules
· Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cashflow
· Brand management, theme management, growing sales and controlling cost.
· Cocktail Knowledge
Qualification:
· Not less than 3yrs experience in Bar/ Restaurant management.
· Book keeping skills/Financial Management skills.
· Computer skills,marketing skills and HR skills
· F&B qualification and a degree will be added advantage.
