Our client, is looking for a qualified Personal Assistant.
Salary: sh. 25,000
Duties and Responsibilities
·         Ensure office requirements are complied in all respects.
·         Co-ordinate with the accounts department.
·         Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments
·         Screening the telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as required
·         Recording, compiling, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings to the relevant officers .

Required Qualities – The ideal candidate will be:
·         A mature individual 35 years old and above, with high level of discretion and unquestionable integrity

·         Have a visibly warm personality.
·         Enthusiastic and energetic
·         Presentable and self assured
·         Flexible and independent
Qualifications;
·         Diploma in secretarial a must.
·         Exhibit high level relational skills with clients.
·         Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili
·         Be computer literate.
