Manpower Coordinator/Project Manager
Purpose:

·         Work involves planning and managing the work of a large workforce (3,000 unskilled and semi-skilled workers) in a variety of farm production and harvesting activities.
·         Supervise operators and manage the daily production and safety incidents.
·         See that the work flow is correct, look for quality, quantity and safety (PPE).
Qualifications:
·         Degree in management and experience in managing workforce in an agricultural setting.
·         Thorough understanding of piece rate work administration and output based performance.
·         Should have excellent management skills
Dairy Farm Manager
Location: This position is based in Kinangop. It is residential and onsite.
Purpose:
·         Management of the dairy farm and dairy operations in accordance with Company policies.
·         The Farm Manager will be responsible for the overall management of up to 150 herds, developing and maintaining Pastures, Milking, Artificial insemination, Manage and supervise up to 40 staff.
Qualifications:
·         Diploma or Degree in Animal Husbandry, Dairy Farm management or training in the dairy industry with (3-5 years experience)
·         Trained in artificial insemination
·         Knowledgeable of animal disease and treatment and calf rearing
·         Knowledgeable in dairy nutrition
Project Accountant
Purpose:
·         Work closely with Project Manager/Manpower Coordinator in preparing piece rate wages, prepare request for payment for all laborers for work performed.
·         Ensure all required paperwork are in place and up to date.
·         Provide direct financial communication with all required parties including clients, Subcontractors, internal financing department and project team.
Qualifications:
·         University accounting degree (CPA II or III).
·         Experience, at least five years accounting experience, the majority of which should be in project and payroll management.
·         Computer literacy required.
Labour Supervisor
Purpose:
·         Work involves responsibility for planning and supervising the work of a group of unskilled and semi-skilled workers in a variety of farm production and harvesting activities.
Qualifications:
·         Diploma in management and experience in supervising workforce in an agricultural setting.
·         Thorough understanding of piece rate work administration.
·         Ability to plan, lay out, and supervise the work of laborers in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
Labour Relations Officer
Purpose:
·         Manages labor relations program of the project
·         Analyzes collective bargaining agreement to develop interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of contract and work closely with Shop steward.
·         Advise management and union officials in development, application, and interpretation of labor relations policies and practices.
·         Arranges and schedules meetings between grieving workers, supervisory and managerial personnel, to investigate and resolve grievances.
Qualifications:
·         Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
·         3 to 5 years experience in HR with a strong labour relations background.
·         Good written and verbal communication skills, accuracy, interppersonal and listening skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to keep confidential information. Good knowledge of labour legislation in Kenya.
