Systems Administrator 
Ref ISA/2010/10-4
The responsibilities:
  • Manage application security, responding to security incidents and violations;
  • Manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency;
  • Resolve performance problems and automates systems administration tasks;
  • Ensure the optimal use of Internet bandwidth;
  • Maintain system documentation and logs;
  • Participate towards the documentation of policies;

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose production/studio/newsroom problems; corrects identified problems;
  • Manage the help desk operations of the ICT department;
  • Research, manage and support effective cost cutting methods;
  • Keep abreast of Information Technology security protocols, applicable laws and regulations;
The person:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or recognized equivalent;
  • Certification in MCSE, CCNA, RFICE
  • At least 5 years experience in a busy ICT environment, the last 2 being at Systems Administrator level;
  • Strong networking with proficiency in major operating systems, database management, development platforms,office suites and scripting languages;
  • Hands on experience working with POS equipment.
Senior Sales Executive 
Ref SSE/2010/10-5
The responsibilities:
  • Research and gather market and customer information;
  • Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, events and at demonstrations;
  • Participate towards sourcing of product with the Franchise holders and suppliers;
  • Monitor the product through the supply chain to delivery, ensuring quality and specifications on receipt;
  • Manage inventory to ensure optimal sales are achieved and losses minimized;
  • Manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring appropriate sales and after-sales-service standards; and achievement of turnover targets;
  • Negotiate the terms of agreement, closing sales and approving quotations and deliveries as needed;
  • Manage the retail outlet, ensuring appropriate visual standards and trains staff on new product information;
  • Generate appropriate reports;
The person:
  • Diploma in Management, or recognized equivalent with hands on computer skills;
  • At least 5 years experience in sales with demonstrable direct selling skills;
  • A passion for sports with good knowledge of the sporting industry, equipment and accessories;
  • A dynamic, self starting and resilient individual with demonstrable ability of managing performing teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrable experience in managing retail store outlets an added advantage;
  • Ability to train new employees on the job.
