Symphony is a large and well-established IT company in East Africa involved in the delivery of IT solutions to businesses and governments in areas of IT Consultancy, IT Training & IT Education, IT Business Solutions, IT Infrastructure Solutions(hardware, software & Networking, UPSs etc), and Maintenance Services.

Symphony is looking to recruit a 
Technical Services Operations Manager to join its dynamic team.

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager - Technical Services the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing the staff and the activities in the department

  • Preparing daily activity reports and ensuring that they are executed
  • Meeting the operations targets for the department.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelors in Business Administration.
  • MBA would be an added advantage
  • 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • 32-40 years of Age preferred.
