Job Summary - The Key Tasks in the Job
- Developing and implementing call plans and marketing strategies
- Negotiating with CIB and Business Bank regarding the level of business and servicing requirements
- Promoting CFC Life's Bancassurance products through marketing presentations and training
- Providing information and training on products and servicing procedures/requirements
- New business upload and servicing
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships
- Adherence to the compliance process
- Achieving production targets
- Communication and networking with all Group companies and departments to facilitate problem solving
Academic and professional qualification
- Bachelor degree in Business/ Marketing
Experience and Knowledge
- At least 5 years experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- Insurance Industry Knowledge
- CFC Life Products
- CFC Life software and systems
- Group Life technical knowledge
- Presentation skills
