Key Objective of the Job

To market CFC Life Group Life and Deposit
 Admin business to the CFC Stanbic CIB and Business bank client base
Job Summary - The Key Tasks in the Job
  • Developing and implementing call plans and marketing strategies

  • Negotiating with CIB and Business Bank regarding the level of business and servicing requirements
  • Promoting CFC Life's Bancassurance products through marketing presentations and training
  • Providing information and training on products and servicing procedures/requirements
  • New business upload and servicing
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships
  • Adherence to the compliance process
  • Achieving production targets
  • Communication and networking with all Group companies and departments to facilitate problem solving
Academic and professional qualification
  • Bachelor degree in Business/ Marketing
Experience and Knowledge
  • At least 5 years experience in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge
  • CFC Life Products
  • CFC Life software and systems
  • Group Life technical knowledge
  • Presentation skills
