Three Star Hotel Marketing Executive Job in Kenya

Main Duties: 
  • Identifying and researching prospective clients.
  • Launching and overseeing marketing activities.
  • Meeting and showing prospective clients around the facilities.
  • Drawing up marketing plans, segmentation analysis, targeting, etc.
  • Initiating client relationship management activities to enhance loyalty
  • Advocating a positive client experience: demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints and acting on feedback
  • Facilitating the booking of the facilities and Lodge accommodation.
  • Identifying and initiating process improvements
Essential Qualifications

  • Professional qualification preferably in marketing or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Professional communication skills - verbal & written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows Explorer, databases, internet and email)
Salary Expectation: 25K – 35K plus Commissions.
