We are a manufacturing company whose core business is to market a wide range of selected quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a countrywide and regional distribution network.
We offer a full portfolio of beverages as well as partner with leading distillery Companies of international repute to import and distribute premium Wines and Spirits in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, parts of Democratic Republic of Congo and Southern Sudan.
As a result of ongoing expansion in line with our vision to be the preferred manufacturer and distributor of Wines and Spirits in Eastern and Central Africa and beyond, the following positions are currently available.

Depot Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:-
  • Preparation, planning and executing the distribution plan for effective availability of products to our customers
  • Prepare and submit monthly departmental and stock activities reports.
  • In liaison with Finance department, organise, oversee stock take exercise, ensure all Stock take queries are responded promptly and variances addressed.
  • Handle customer returns, enquiries and communication to customers on any updates (price reviews, product promotions, any closures etc)
  • Manage a team of employees to ensure achievement of set targets in terms of order processing and adherence to customer service charter.
  • Will be responsible to ensure ISO Quality standards are observed at all times and respond to audit queries at all times.
  • Effective manage the Individual performance management contracts of employees.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Holder of a Degree in Business related course, or Social Science with a diploma in Business being an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with hands on experience in use of an Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP)
  • At least 3 years experience managing stocks or logistics in an FMCG Organization.
  • Good planner, organizer and effective decision maker.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Brands Executive
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Brands Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:-
  • Generation and implementation of brand related Marketing strategies and activities
  • Initiate and organize promotional/marketing campaigns in line with brands plans.
  • Trade and retail monitoring and control
  • Plan and oversee merchandising and place point of sale materials for the sake of brand visibility.
  • Liaise with the relevant service providers in implementation of marketing activities.
  • Initiate product development in keeping with changing consumer tastes and preferences.
  • Educate key stalk holders (distributors, stockists, waiters/ waitresses, shelf-stockers etc) on brands to effectively service the end- user.
  • Champion brand PR and social responsibility.
Qualification and Competence
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce – marketing Option or a business related Degree.
  • Computer literate with hands on experience in use of an Enterprise Resource’ Planning tool (ERP).
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Good planner, leader, organizer and effective decision maker.
  • High integrity, self disciplined and customer focused.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will be to:
  • Receive requisitions from users for purchase of goods and services and confirm correct specifications and deliveries requested.
  • Request for quotations or tenders from the suppliers.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement the asset disposal procedure.
  • Evaluate received quotations or tenders.
  • Collate and present large purchase quotations to the tender and procurement committee for final evaluation and award.
  • Develop sound partnership with suppliers, clients and relevant Organs.
Qualification and Competence
  • Bachelors Degree in a Business related course, with minimum CIPS IV qualifications.
  • Should have good knowledge in procurement legislation and regulations.
  • Computer literate with hands on experience in use of an Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP)
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Good planner, leader, organizer and effective decision maker.
  • High integrity, self disciplined and customer focused.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
