The Opportunities:

Food and Beverage Manager

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for planning, directing and organizing the operations of 2 bars, 3 restaurants and 3 kitchens.

You will also be responsible for ensuring world class service standards are adhered to in your department and staff are well trained to handle diverse client groups.
Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
  • Genuine interest in offering world class service and treating customers right
  • Ability to identify training needs and deliver training is critical
Experience/Education
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality or
  • A bachelor's degree in any field backed by professional training in the hospitality industry
Executive Chef

As a key senior member of the F&B department, you will be responsible for all the menus in the Resort including special catering for events and weddings.

You will manage the day to day operations of the kitchen and ensure the highest levels of health and safety in your production units are adhered to.

You will be passionate about food and food display.

Skills:
  • Demonstrable ability to prepare 5 star standard food
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity in food preparation and display
  • A firm understanding of the importance of hygiene, health and safety in a resort environment is critical
Experience/Education
  • Specific kitchen training is critical
  • Experience in managing multiple outlets
  • Experience in 4 or 5 star establishments
Executive Housekeeper

As a key senior member of the Rooms Division and the deputy to the Rooms Division Manager, you will understand both Front Office and Housekeeping Operations.

You will manage the day to day operations of your unit to ensure world class standards are upheld at all times and staff are well trained and capable dealing with diverse client groups.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify training needs and train staff
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver world class customer service flexibility and a 'can do' attitude
Experience/Education
  • Experience in a 4 or 5 star establishment is a pre-requisite
  • Degree in hospitality or diploma backed by relevant experience
