Interconsumer Products Ltd is a major player in the Personal Care and Beauty industry with leading brands among them Nice & Lovely, Bouncy baby diapers, Gold Touch beauty cream and All-tyme Sanitary Pads. Our products are present in over 10 African countries.
We want to strengthen our export markets by recruiting Export Managers.
The job is challenging and the incumbent must demonstrate high level of commitment to the organization and must be energetic, result oriented and passionate about the job. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, good public relations and leadership as well as administrative & managerial skills are a must for this position.
Requirements
- Good commercial understanding and knowledge of fast moving consumer goods’ industry and more particularly the beauty & personal care industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in distribution networks.
- Familiar with Exports legislations & EAC protocol is an added advantage.
The position calls for extensive travel outside the country.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Business or Social studies from a recognized university. A Masters degree will be an added advantage
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Sales Management position 3years which should be in Exports.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the FMCG industry and its distribution networks
- Proven track record in sales management and distribution
- Excellent analytical and computer skills.
