1.Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Job Tasks
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes.

  • Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Supervise and train other clerical staff.
  • Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
Knowledge Requirements:
  • Clerical Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • English Language ~ Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
2. Reservations Manager
Main responsibilities
  • Handle all reservations & block bookings
  • Assist in organising ground logistics
  • Meet & greet clients & provide pre & post safari briefings
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience with a reputable firm
  • Knowledgeable on the East African circuits
  • Must be Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language is an added advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Diploma/degree tn Tourism Management/Tours & Travel or similar
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
