Our Client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company is looking for an Operations Manager.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
1. Project Management
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.

  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
  • Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applying client methodology and enforcing project standards.
  • Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
2. Project Accounting
  • Tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Managing project budget.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring receivables for project.
  • Following up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree/ diploma in a business related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a BPO/ Call center management role
