Assistant Camp Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

Position involves:
  • Management of the camp staff, items and facilities and installations
  • Handling of employees disciplinary matters and grievances at the camp level and to coordinate the same with the Camp manager and human resource manager.
  • Coordination and supervision of all administrative issues touching on management of camps and attendant items, logistics, vehicles, including data and maintenance of records to ensure they are updated and in a form for purposes of effective management information systems.
  • Organize/ supervise to enable continued maintenance of properties and installations
  • Assist in the management of lawns, landscaping areas inclusive of tents, houses, fences, paths, etc.
  • Ensure continuous maintenance and upkeep of all properties, Keep an up to date record of all inventories by ensuring that the data on the same is properly entered in an excel data base.
  • The position is Mara based.

  • Diploma in Business Management, Management or related study
  • Certificate in Hotel Management or F&B will be an added advantage
  • Must have worked in a Camp for a minimum of 2 years
  • Good communication skills: interpersonal/oral and written
  • Team Player and mature .
  • At least five (5) years experience in Camp management.
