Telecommunication Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive Job Vacancy in Kenya

Job Purpose:Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for developing and managing the sales and marketing functions for corporate clients. Implement plans set by senior management and delivering the objectives for the various client portfolios.
Main Responsibilities
  • Achieving of corporate sales targets.
  • Adapt and execute business plan from management into national sales plan.
  • To ensure an effective and profitable operation of sales force and the achievement of all sales objective and budget allocated.
  • To identify and exploit area sales and promotion opportunities for product ranges.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Recruitment of other organizations on to corporate tariffs, such as SACCO’s state corporations, parastatals, municipal councils etc.
  • Recruit corporate on to YU.
  • Managing purchases from corporate.

  • Able to create the sales department.
  • Effective internal and external customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales information.
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries swiftly.
  • Liaise regularly with other departments to ensure products availability in line with sales requirements.
  • Effective financial management of expenses versus budgets.
  • Recommend the tools and resource required to achieve the objectives.

Required Qualification
  • Bachelors’ degree in a business related field.
  • A diploma in Sales and Marketing.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunication industry.
  • Sound understanding of corporate sales.
