Position: Business Development Manager- Construction

Minimum Qualifications:
1.     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business (Masters Degree a plus)
2.     5+ years experience in construction estimation and project management.
3.     Ability to produce highly professional proposals and presentations.
4.     Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
5.     Must have senior level client relationship skills including experience in negotiation and articulating complex solutions and benefits.
6.     Problem Solving Capabilities and Stress tolerant.
Position: Marketing Manager – Construction
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management preferably in the construction industry.
  • 5+ years experience in sales and marketing
  • Self driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in managing and motivating sales and marketing team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
