Do you see yourself as a Club Lounge Manager?
As the Club Lounge Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel’s Club Floor. This diverse,
challenging role will be based in Front Office and offers great variety with regular Duty Management shifts. You will be
required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.
Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager you will oversee and direct all aspects of the Club Lounge function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction, occupancy and revenues targets. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
