Job title: Head of Technical Services (Technical Manager)
Overall Responsibility: Reporting to the chief Executive, you will be responsible for, among other things
Key Tasks:
  • Directing, coordinating and managing the company'soperations and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure that water and sewage services are provided to the required standards
  • Developing a customer focus to the provision of services by performing and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Managing all major and minor construction works, either by using external consultants or in-house resources.
  • Ensuring proper management of company's assets such as plants and machinery through effective maintenance and repairs so as to maximize the return on investment.
  • Developing departmental strategies, policies and plans to facilitate achievements of overall company's objectives.
  • Be responsible for the development of departmental staff by ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated.
Educational and Professionals Qualifications:

  1. A degree in civil/ water Engineering and be a registered engineer.
  2. At least five years of working experience in water and sewerage utility operations with at least three years at senior management.
  3. Demonstrated project management skills and hands-on experience of managing consultants and contractors.
  4. Be self driven and motivated with a high need for achievement.
  5. Be people oriented and have demonstrated good leadership qualities.
Your remuneration will be negotiable and market based.
Job title: 
ICT Manager
Overall Responsibility: Responsible for ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of the ICT systems and strategy
Key Tasks:
  • Participate in preparation and implementation of the strategic plan
  • Develop new software and improve the existing one
  • Coordinates the development and review of the Management Information System
  • Maintenance of all the electronic records
  • Provide overall support of management and communication activities in the company
  • Develop and maintain a suitable ICT strategy and company's website
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets
  • Any other duties as required
Educational and Professionals Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or computer science;
  • ICT professional certification in systems Engineering, Database management, or application development
  • At least five years experience in user support, implementation procedures and problem resolution.
  • Team player and strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of HCL (Hardware Compatible Library), service packs, updates etc.; and
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
  • At least one year experience in: Crystal Report writing. Software Development or Database Design experience
