KPRL invites bids from interested, eligible candidates for design, supply, installation (including civil works), testing, commissioning, training and maintenance of IP based CCTV surveillance system.
The tender document is available for viewing and downloading from KPRL website:www.kprl.co.ke.
Interested parties must immediately submit their particulars for recording and receiving of tender clarifications/addenda. A non-refundable fee of KSh. 5,000/= payable by cash or bankeris cheque to Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited shall be made upon submission of particulars. Tender documents are not transferable.
There will be a pre-tender meeting and initial site visit at 1000 hrs on Friday 30th July, 2010 at KPRL boardroom, situated at KPRL offices along Refinery Road, Changamwe, Mombasa.
Bids accompanied by a security in the form and amount specified must be submitted, together with a site visit attendance certificate and a copy of the tender document purchase receipt, in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number and mailed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Reception of KPRL offices to be received before 1400 Hrs on Friday 13th August, 2010. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the Board Room (1st floor), KPRL offices. Bidders or their representatives are invited to attend.
Canvassing or submitting false information will lead to automatic disqualification. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. KPRL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, either wholly or in part and does not bind itself to give reasons for its decision.
