KADET Limited is a microfinance company and an investment of the World Vision Kenya.
We wish to recruit highly competent, proactive and self driven persons to fill the following positions:
Operations Director
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position holder will offer day to day strategic leadership in operations, implement an adequate and timely reporting system with focus on asset quality and business growth, formulate and implement operational policies, ensure compliance to existing regulations and oversee the implementation of the internal control systems, ensuring smooth running of the business and safeguarding the institution’s loan portfolio among other duties
Job Requirements:
The ideal Candidate should posses a University degree in Business /Social Science. An MBA qualification will be commendable. They should have over 5 years work experience in credit and deposit operations at a senior management level, must have a clear understanding of micro finance industry and dynamics coupled with excellent communication, marketing, analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of T24 banking software will be an added advantage.
ICT Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position holder will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing the organization’s ICT strategy among other duties.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in ICT with relevant ICT Professional qualifications with 4 years relevant experience in ICT field in a senior management level. Knowledge of T24 banking software will be an added advantage.
HR Officer
Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager this is a key position in the running of the HR function and entails staff recruitment, staff benefits management, staff leave management, preparation of payroll and maintenance of personnel records and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a University Degree in social sciences or business, have a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a minimum of two years relevant experience in a HR Department. They should also have good communications skills and proficient in MS Office tools.
Credit Officers
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Credit Officers will carry out outreach and promotion and clients’ and groups’ mobilization, enhance savings mobilization and the internalizing of cohesive credit structures within the groups and ensure effective and efficient credit delivery and recovery among other duties.
Job Requirements:
The ideal Candidate should possess a University Degree in Business and or Diploma in Banking/Credit/Micro-Finance, have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a Micro Finance Institution, must be proficient in MS office tools and must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
The candidates must be professing and practicing born again Christians, whose conduct and depth of character is governed by personal Christian convictions.
