- B.Sc. Civil engineering
- 6 to 10 years experience water and environment sector
- 3 years experience in a position of responsibility like manager, Team Leader or Resident Engineer
- Masters in water and environment field an added advantage
- Registration with ERB an added advantage
- French an added advantage
