Position: Customer Service Executive
Department: Technical Department
Reports To: Technical Manager
Nature and Scope of the Position
  • The position reports to the Technical Manager.
Duties            
  • Selling of various service contracts to Xerox customer.
  • Send appraisal reports to customer periodically.
  • Working with the technical team to transition the old MIF.
  • Working with helpdesk to ensure that all customer queries are resolved.
  • Conducting period customer survey to customer experience with our service.
  • Owning a revenue target in contract and transition of the old MIF.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products.
  • Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
  • To undertake other duties as and when requested.

  • Degree or High Nation Diploma from reputable college and university.
Sales and Information Technology oriented
Experience
  • At least 3 years work experience in sales in a document solution company.
