SAO Kenya is a registered non-profit community oriented development organization with over seventeen years experience in Kenya. The organization is a key player in community development initiatives targeting to support interventions that will reduce child suffering and alleviate poverty through Integrated Community Development Programme (ICDP).The organization is starting to implement a Child Centred Community Development (C3D) Model, a shift from the present partially welfare approaches it has been using to involve communities in development. | Environmental Expert | Programme Manager | Degree in Environmental Science. At least 2 years experience as an Environmental Analyst |
| Primary Health Care Expert | Programme Manager | A human Health related degree with at least 2 years experience in PHC |
| Child Protection and Development Expert | Programme Manager | Degree in Social Sciences with 2 years experience working with the youth |
| Entrepreneurial/Credit Management Expert | Programme Manager | A business related degree with 2 years experience working in a micro credit institution |
| Programme Drivers | Regional Facilitators | Form four level education with a clean and valid driving license with four years driving experience. Those with basic mechanics course have an added advantage |
| Programme Accountant | Programme Manager | Degree in Accounting with a professional certification in accounting such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA. Atleast 2 years experience in Programme Accounting |
