- A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a degree in Business Administration and a higher diploma in Sales & Marketing from recognized institutions.
- Have at least 10 years of proven experience in a similar position in Hotels, Tourism or Airline sector.
- Be result oriented, self motivated, team leader and player, with good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Candidates with knowledge of German and/or French will have an added advantage.
- Be between 30 and 40 years of age.

- Have a minimum four (4) years working experience in a Seafood Restaurant.
- Knowledge in menu planning and costing.
- Should be result oriented, self motivated, flexible, with good communication, organization skills and with ability to work under pressure.
- An HACCP and a Food production certificate from Hotel training school will be an added advantage.
