Applicants should be holders of KCSE mean grade C (plain) and above or holders of KCSE Division Ill. In addition they should have diploma in Library studies/Sciences.
They should also be computer literate and have the ability to work with library based data bases. They should also have knowledge of LC classification and cataloguing with at least three years experience in a busy academic library.

Applicants should be holders of KCSE mean grade C — (Minus) and above or holders of KCSE Division III. In addition they should have a Certificate in Library studies.
