The Kenya Alliance of Resident Associations (Kara), with support from USAID/PactKenya, seeks to hire the services of a Procurement Consultant who will review and advise on possible gaps and remedial measures on public procurement policies (procedures, laws, rules and regulations) against actual practices at the Local Authorities.
Interested candidates, available immediately and for a period of 6 months, must possess vast knowledge and proven experience in conducting research and training on procurement processes in Kenya. Candidates should be independent, hold a masters degree and have experience in research and writing.
