Operations Trainer & Coach and Assistant Stores Clerk Jobs in Kenya

Due to expansion and growth, the following positions have arisen in our organization.
Operations Trainer and Coach
The Operations Trainer & Coach will amongst other things, be required to:
  • Conduct needs analysis
  • Design, compile and update training material – gathering input from all relevant stakeholders
  • Design assessments for training programs
  • Prepare training facilities and deliver training programs
  • Design and manage on-line learning materials and assessments
  • Deliver feedback to managers and supervisors
  • Compile and manage training schedule, administration and reports
  • Evaluate and assess training
  • Coach delegates
  • Develop a training plan for Operational projects
  • Manage and implement projects
  • Conduct Quality Assurance at the various touch points
  • Develop, maintain, manage and recommend training quality standards
  • Support and maintain the training data base
  • Provide contingency support for Contact Center in times of crisis
Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business Course
  • At least 2 years working experience in Training
  • A professional HR qualification will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can meet tight deadlines

Assistant Stores Clerk
The job holder will be required to meet the following responsibilities:
  • Weekly Sales reconciliations on delivery and sales
  • Processing of stocks and packaging for delivery
  • Collectives invoicing and disconnection, if not paid by 1st of every month
  • Constant review of Billing and Ageing in the system to ensure there are no errors
  • Daily response to Customer queries forwarded by installers and agents
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by your Manager
Qualification and experience:
  • Diploma in a business-related field or in logistics
  • Some accounting knowledge a definite advantage
  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver quality results
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with people
  • Team player, flexible and adaptable to different work conditions
