We are seeking to fill the position below for our Insurance Business
General Manager – Insurance
Duties:
- To grow and lead a technically sound and competent Insurance broking team
- To grow our insurance business and attain ambitious company targets
Your Profile:
- Age: 30 -40 years old
Education:
- University Degree or any other Recognized Insurance qualifications at a Diploma or Advanced Diploma level
Your Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years Management Experience in a busy Insurance Broker or Insurance Company
- Mandatory experience in General Insurance Lines
- Experience in other lines of insurance will be an added advantage
Your Attributes:
- You must be sales oriented
- You must be extremely disciplined and goal oriented
- You must be innovative and systems driven
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to excel in a high pressure environment
