CMC Motors Group Limited, one of the largest providers of transport solutions in the East African Region, is looking for a Senior Programmer for its operations in the Group.
Reporting to the Group IT Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following key responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of programming standards.
- Design and development of programme menus, file and screen layouts.
- Planning, writing and testing computer programmes to the satisfaction of computer users.
- Amending operational programmes, operating instructions and associated documentation to meet changes in requirements.
- Coaching and training of junior programmers as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer science or Bachelor of Business in Information Technology
- Programming language skills including C/AL (Client Application Language), ability to create and use basic objects in C/Side and demonstrable experience in using Crystal Report Writer.
- Good communication skills
- 5 years experience in a similar position
